Darwin city is a largest business hub and administrative capital of Northern Territory State of Australia. Darwin city is located on the Timor Sea, north of Australia country. Darwin city also called Northern Australia Gateway.

Tourists can achieve by air, road, sea port and train from big Australian cities. Australian Stuart Highway begins from Darwin which goes up to Port Augusta, South Australia (2,834 KM).

Tourist attractions: Most tourist attractions are Litchfield National Park, Katherine Gorge, Beaches, Darwin Festival, Museum and Art Gallery, Mindil Beach markets and Kakadu National Park etc.

Litchfield National Park: National park covers nearly 1500 squire km areas; park is 100km far from Darwin city in south west near of Batchelor town. Litchfield Park main attractions are water falls, Buley Rockhole, Blyth Homestead, Magnetic termite mounds and Bamboo Creek etc.

Beaches: Main beaches are Mindil Beach and Casuarina Beach. Both beaches have no more rush so tourist can enjoy. People should avoid swimming in the October to May the reason of the deadly box jellyfish.

Darwin Festival: This festival celebrates in august month during the 18 nights. People perform of dance, theatre, music, cabaret and comedy. This festival shows the Asian, pacific and indigenous cultures.

Museum and Art Gallery: Museum is situated at Fannie Bay suburb, Darwin city; this was opened in 1981. The museum has approximately 30,000 historical items. Museum opening timing is 9am to 5pm; entry is free for every person.
